Mini Left 4 Dead patch fixes a few launch day Survival Pack PC bugs:
Fixed an incorrect DLL for windows dedicated servers
Corrected players not receiving the Lighthouse achievement
Added missing Survival only sounds
Fixed issue with awarding medal achievements
Corrected ghost icons appearing survival scoreboard
As always, restart Steam to instantly receive the update.
