PS Training Problems

Ok, so I'm trying to run thru the training missions. I'm on the Vehicle training (third, I think).

I drive around, follow the waypoints, then the narrator tells me we're going to look at the trunk.

"Exit the vehicle by tapping your action key." So I exit the vehicle and ... nothing. She never tells me what's next. Yes, I've looked in the trunk (empty), drove around for about 20 minutes, but the training mission never ends and I can't move on to the next one. :(

Any ideas?

I've been thru this exercise 3 times now. The last time, I even set all my keys back to default. Still nothing.

I tried just jumping in and playing the game, but I don't know enough about it to figure out what I'm doing.

Same exact thing happened to me....twice. And it won't let me advance in training.

OK, I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm *STILL* having the same problem. :(

OK, looks like I'm good now. Zinia, drop this training.bin in your Planetside directory (it's only 5 bytes, very tiny). I found a place that told me how to edit it with a hex-editor, of all things.

Now when I go into the game, all my training missions say mission completed. w00t!

Now don't forget, as soon as you spawn in your sanctuary go to the training building and use all weapons/armor/max then to the vehicle training and use all ground and air vehicles. Badda bind battlerank 4 or real darn close.

Zinia, that training.bin works, but there are still bugs with the Pod and ANT missions which don't allow you to complete them either. Too bad too, both of them are right when you get to the main objection of the mission.
