Heading back to Texas in early November... There are still some BBQ places we did not get to try, not to mention Joe T. Garcia's...

If you get a chance, go to Circle H in Fort Worth and order the ribs. I will guarantee they are the best ribs you've ever had.

Also, try Esparza's in Grapevine. Best Mexican food and the best Margaritas. :) Grapevine is within 5 minutes of the airport.

And...yes....Esparza's is the meow. Their 'Ritas are almost as good as Joe T's.

Looks like MM and I will be out from November 10th through the 14th... I think the Wings are in town that week? Hopefully, we can catch up with Phan and TG this time around... oh, and I think we owe you a meal, Zin... dinner at Joe T's?

We will have about an hour layover in Phoenix on Sunday, Nov. 9th at 2:43... I will send you the flight info if you are interested. You will have to wait by the terminal with a sign that says "StealthDP" so I recognize you... :D

We have arrived! Got to meet Ink yesterday, although very briefly... next time, we will have to plan for a longer layover in Phoenix. Was still great getting to spend a few minutes with him.
Will be seeing Zin very soon, looking forward to it.

The old saying goes..."If you don't like Texas weather, wait an hour or 2 and it will change."

Pretty decent weather now thru Wednesday, anyway. At least it's not supposed to get as cold this week as it was this past weekend.

It was tough recognizing those two when they aren't in gibs at my feet. ;)

Good people. Hopefully, we can all get together for some quality gaming/socializing some day.

Weather is a tough call in Texas..just watch out for the hail stones..hehe.
Guess the more formal clothes will come in handy this time around.

Southern Cali got a little hail, from what I understand. ;)

OK .....we went to the game and I tell ya, we're lucky to be alive. The guy behind us couldn't see the game because of the monk's big head. Then 2 rows back the peeps were complaining because of the massive glare off of his dome.

His only saving grace was that he wore his green and black robe to cheer on the home team.

Other than the fact the Stars got owned and looked more like Ice Follies than ice hockey players, we had a good time. We'll have to do it again.
