Moves faster than '99. A lot faster.
Movement feels good.
Weapon balance seems OK so far.
Shock combo is more difficult. :ink:
Transloc timer thing is still there and kinda sucks. Might be server option.
Powerups are more '99 than 2k4

Time will tell. Though I like it so far and will be playing it.
