I don't have the game yet and I've already dl'ed the first patch. Pretty sad. :D

Thanks Danky. Installing it now. Too bad it wont fix anything that I care about, but I gotta be able to log on to servers.

How are you guys enjoying the game? is it worth the buy?

I need to upgrade my computer and plan on doing that soon. I need to get into some new games!

bf2 is all about Love & Hate....... 1 minute you can have so much fun then suddenly you hate the game.....

Seriously...

I am off for a while I have other priorities atm, got laid off, need a new job, trying to get into Information architecture, so I am studying and reading too many books and attending "seminars". In addition to all that I need to move back into the bowels of the city so I am looking for a place to live as well.

10 years and been laid off 4 times....

if your going to update major comp on your computer Lea.... I would just wait till later in the year (like winter... that way should have a good idea of what the ut2007 specs will be, better to move over to PCI-e at that point, don’t want to buy a AGP card just have to buy another PCI-E one later in the year) and if you have to buy an MOBO with PCI-E that means replacements for most of the major computer stuff.

... BF2 specs are steep.... way steep.

About the only people that keep their jobs any more are peeps in the service industry and that pays little.

Things are changing and really not for the best.


More than a bummer about losing your job Sky. Hope something comes knocking soon :)
