This is gonna be like the 1992 Presidental election where the X acts like Ross Perot. The X party will divide the Wreath party voters giving the Hood miniority party a chance at a big win over a popular and otherwise undefeatable opponent.

There is still time to donate if you wish to do so, even after the design is purchased. Most donated 50s, but if you want to donate more or less it's up to you. Just send me the money through the in-game mail.

If you haven't already purchased the actual tabard, you will need to buy one at the Visitor's Center in Ironforge or Stormwind. I'm not sure if there's a Visitor's Center/Guild office in Darnassus but you can ask a Sentinel if you're there. The tabard cost is 1g (90s if you have Honored reputation in the city where you buy it.)

Also, there is a known issue with the tabard designs taking a while to show up. If it doesn't show up on Monday, it should on Tuesday after the patch and server restart.
