Ink and I were talking this morning (because he and I were the only registered users on) about how much guest traffic the forums are getting today. Looking at it now, it is 15 guests and 7 registered users. This morning it was 24 and 2. The forum high, today, was 32 total. Just out of curiousity, any clue why there seem to be so many guests?

Sure they are downloading from the Files section.

They do not need to register before d/ling here, GA is set up for fast & easy d/ls.

One of the ideas behind GA was for gamers to be able to have access to the files they need without registering. A lot of gamers just don't want to be bothered with having to fill out their life story just to get a file they want. Also, a lot of people are leary about giving out their emails addy's because of the whole spam thing.

As word gets around, I think you'll see more guests than members on the site. I think it's good, and I'm sure these guests like the idea they don't have to do everything short of selling their soul just to get a file. :) The people who want to participate and chat with the other inmates, will surely register.
