Is there a 'kick idle players' option?

They are always on my team (when idle)...no not Idle Idol, just idle - not moving, taking up space, not capturing flags, watching pron while BF is on their computer...

I was doing that for a few minutes last night because of a phone call. But, I played through most of the call.

I don't think there is any setting for kicking idle players, though.
