SoftImage|XSI for HL2 is out...That is the modelling kit similar to 3dsmax that will come bundled with half-life2. Grab XSI Kit here (http://www.softimage.com/Products/EXP/HL2/)

Hopefully the modding SDK will follow shortly. :naughty:

I tried downloading it off fileplanet (fileHostageplanet) on Wednesday, shortly after it was realeased, and after an hour of trying I gave up.

Hopefully 3dsmax will work as effectively as XSI does with Half-Life2, since I already own 3dsmax :D, and have a small bit of experience using it. I want to see If i can redo some of my UT maps in the Source engine..... :rockon:
