how's the *.rar file work for 'iraqi dam'

Here's what I got from EH:

Unrar (or unzip) and you will find a file with a .rfa extension. Thats your map.

Open up your 1942 folder and go like this:
Mods/DesertCombat/Archives/bf1942/levels

Put the .rfa file in there.
Thats it.

Some of the map files come with an installer; just execute those.

One other thing, you may (if you had DC .25 or lower) have more than one Desert Combat folder under "mods". You want to open the DesertCombat folder...NOT Desert_Combat or any one like it. If you have only one, then dont worry about it.

By the way...THESE ARE MULTIPLAYER ONLY MAPS...if you want to check them out, start your own local server and have a look-see...if you try and start most of these single-player, you will crash or back to desktop.
