Anyone use the newest nvidia drivers?

I installed the newest drivers when the L4D 2 demo told me my drivers are out of date. The problem I have with these drivers is kind of hard to explain. I am getting the same framerates as I did before, but it didn't feel like I was. For example, in TF2 I was getting 60 fps as always, but it seemed like it was under 30. Normally when I max out my v-sync refresh rate (60), the game is very fluid like. However, with these new drivers, it seemed like there was something wrong.

I went back to the old drivers, (190.62, August 21, 2009) and everything was fine again. Just wondered if anyone else had this problem.

I also updated for the L4D 2 demo and things seemed fine except last night in TF2 on the new Halloween map. I'd played a few rounds just fine, but then it started feeling choppy. Another player complained about the server while it was choppy, so I figured that was the issue (though my ping was fine and low). I didn't check frame rate.... and the problem cleared itself up after 5-10 minutes. Haven't had any continuing issues though.

It never cleared up for me. It feels choppy, even though fraps is reporting 60 fps.

I haven't installed them yet. I got the same L4D2 warning and ignored it. Am playing the game with no issues that I can see.
